According to the urgency of delivery services are divided into three categories with different period of performance, but not of different importance.
• Direct delivery "Direct" within 90 min. + 100%
The consignment is delivered directly from sender to recipient in the fastest possible way (faster than allowed ...) with a guaranteed delivery time within 90 min. of ordering. Direct deliveries for the same day will be accepted not later than 16:30.
• "Standard" delivery within 3 hours
The consignment is taken from the address of the sender and delivered to the specified address of the recipient for a signature. The consignment is delivered within the same day of filing with the average duration of 3 hours. The hours of pickup and delivery can be fixed on request. Shipments with a guaranteed delivery time on the same day will be accepted not later than 15:00. Consignments accepted after this hour will be possibly delivered on the same day, but it is possible to be delivered on the next day.
• "Economic" delivery - 25%
The consignment is delivered in an optimized courier route with delivery deadline from three hours to the end of the next business day. Orders placed before 13:00 will be delivered by the end of the same day. Consignments accepted after this hour will be possibly delivered on the same day, but it is possible to be delivered on the next day. Depending on the size shipments are divided into 4 categories.
LETTER - A small consignment to 1 kg.
MINI PACKAGE - Weight: up to 5 kg, Roll up to 60 cm, Size 60x20x20
PACKAGE - up to 20 kg, 1.5 m, portable
MAXI PACKAGE - up to 50 kg, 2 m. maximum weight of 31.5 kg per 1 package.
In order to be able to guarantee you high quality services and to refine the prices for you, so that you will be charged what actually we have done for you, in accordance with the concrete needs of the specific task, we determine the exact price by the distance travelled by the courier, the size of the consignment and its urgency.
The calculation is done according to our price table where you can calculate the exact price by inserting the neighborhood of pick up s and the neighborhood of delivery.
The price per item is calculated as follows:
1. Determine the category of the shipment by choosing any of the four categories.

PACKAGE - up to 20 kg, 1.5 m, portable
MAXI PACKAGE - up to 50 kg, 2 m. maximum weight of 31.5 kg per 1 package.
2. Determine the addresses of the pickup and delivery, in which zone they fall. The zones are defined in accordance with the residential quarters in Sofia, each quarter falls within the defined area.
3. Open the table LETTER, MINI PACKAGE, PACKAGE or MAXI PACKAGE, according to what the shipment is like. Detect the numbers of areas for pickup and delivery.
